TOM BAILEY

CREATIVE PROJECT & EVENT MANAGEMENT

Project Management

A coherent plan and timeline, communicated to all the stakeholders is where it starts.

Solid project management is at the heart of everything I do.

Arts & Community

From family lantern workshops, to theatre productions, to mass-participation events… I’ve managed all sorts of projects and events in the cultural industries, where particiant experience is everything.

Corporate & Commercial

Whether it’s a simple networking lunch, a black-tie awards do or a multi-day conference. I can put together the right elements, the right plan and the right team to hit the project objectives.

Outdoor Events & Festivals

Organising outdoor events is where I cut my teeth, and starting with nothing but an idea and an open space can still make for the most rewarding projects.
